Rachel – Senior Session

A year ago, Rachel picked out her senior portrait location. She wanted flowers and since purple has been her favorite color, the wisteria growing at an old barn around the corner from home was perfect.

But, these are weird times. As with everyone around the world, almost everything has been canceled for Rachel. All of the senior outings, getting to shop for her portrait and graduation dresses, and the graduation ceremony itself.

The wisteria bloomed, and if nothing else, I wanted to give my little sister her senior portraits. So, I dug a dress out of the closet that I had been hanging on to, and did her hair and make-up. And she got her senior portraits. And we are grateful for this blessing, even in these strange days.
